Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Flura Design Studio. Your operator should review and replace this text with terms prepared for their business and jurisdiction.

1. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

2. Tokens and payments

Tokens are bought in advance in US dollars and used by processes in the studio. Each process shows an estimate before it runs. Tokens reserved for a process that fails are returned automatically. Purchases may be refunded within the refund window stated at checkout for unused tokens.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to files you upload and to the work delivered to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. We process your files only to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful or deceptive material, or to impersonate others. We may hold or refuse renders that break these rules.

5. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
