How Flura Design Studio handles your data. Your operator should review and adapt this text for their business and jurisdiction.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, studio name), the files and briefs you upload, the work produced for you, your activity in the studio, payment records (card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us), and basic device information for security.

How we use it

To provide and improve the studio, produce your work, keep accounts secure, process payments, send service emails, and tailor defaults to how you work. You can turn personalised defaults off in Settings.

Sharing

We use trusted processors for hosting, storage, payments, email and the design engine that produces your work. They process data only on our instructions. We don’t sell your data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in Settings. Your data is removed 30 days later, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).
